About

Lena Rome, originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, is a rising Mexican singer who has successfully fused her Northern roots with country rock, creating a unique and refreshing style within the Mexican music scene.

From an early age, Lena developed a deep connection with music, influenced both by classical music, Northern Mexican culture and American rock; giving her the ability to combine:

  • The soul of country with the energy of rock
  • Bajosexto, accordions and the strength of Mexican northern regional sounds
  • An intriguing mix of English and Spanish, embracing both cultural worlds
  • Lyrics that tell authentic stories of life, love, freedom, and personal experiences, resonating with audiences in Mexico and abroad

Lena has brought her music to a wide variety of national and international stages, establishing herself as an emerging artist within the country rock genre. She has been part of major national festivals such as Monterrey Beer Festival, Grilleros Fest, Rodeo Saltillo Festival, FENAPO, Arena Monterrey, Duckfest - where she shared the stage with country star Russell Dickerson, delivering one of her most acclaimed performances to date.

A key step in her growth came on September 12–13, 2025, when she headlined her own concert in Chihuahua, Mexico, at Nido del Jabalí, the most historic and iconic country venue in the region. On that legendary stage, which has hosted both national and international artists, Lena presented her music in a full show of her own, proving her ability to connect deeply with audiences and reinforcing her solid position in the scene.

On an international level, she performed at Border Mania in Del Rio, Texas, expanding her presence across the border. She also appeared at Chihuahua Country Fest, one of Northern Mexico’s most important country festivals, where she collaborated on stage with American artists Jason Nix and Martin McDaniel, reaffirming her connection with the international country scene and showcasing her versatility before a diverse and engaged audience.

Lena has also had the opportunity to open for renowned artists, including Ha*Ash, the iconic Mexican pop-country duo, sharing the stage with them during their national tour. In a recent highlight, she performed live with three-time Latin Grammy winner Jair Alcalá, who accompanied her on accordion in a powerful musical fusion that showcased the best of both traditions.
